Shipping & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit.

International Custom Duties
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of suuthe, LLC. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 72 hrs.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Fed Ex Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Delivery. Orders placed by 2pm MST may be processed the same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will be processed the next business day.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 72 hrs from that processing.
